1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Assessment form: name, email address, company, role (optional), your answers to the 10 questions and your score. Data is sent only if you choose to fill in the form and tick the consent box.
Booking a call: the data you enter on the booking page (e.g. name, email, chosen time) or in the email you send us.
Correspondence: data from messages you send us by email or phone.

Assessment answers you don't submit through the form stay in your browser and never reach us.

3. Why we use the data and on what legal basis

to send you the interpretation of your result and contact you about it: based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
to organize the call you requested and prepare a possible proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
to reply to your messages: our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share data with

We use service providers that help us operate and process data only on our instructions:

Web3Forms: delivers assessment form submissions by email;
Google (Google Calendar / Gmail): bookings and correspondence;
Hostinger: website hosting.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

5. How long we keep data

We keep form and correspondence data for up to 2 years from our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If you become a client, the data needed for the contract is kept according to our legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of them, email contact@everlearn.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

7. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not load tracking services. Fonts are hosted on our own server. If you use the Google booking page or submit the form, those providers' policies also apply.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when the services we use change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
