Everyone uses AI their own way
Some employees already use AI, on personal accounts and without shared rules. Results are uneven and company data moves around unchecked.
Everlearn AIbility
We develop your team's skills and bring in AI step by step, based on your company's needs and goals. No generic courses, no technology for its own sake.

Most teams don't need another course. They need a clear direction and the skills to follow it.
Some employees already use AI, on personal accounts and without shared rules. Results are uneven and company data moves around unchecked.
Without practice and follow-up, people slip back into old habits and the investment never shows up in results.
New tools change nothing if people don't understand why and how to use them in their daily work.
Since February 2025, companies using AI systems must ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff.

Our approach
AIbility means ability, strengthened by AI. We start from your people and your business goals, not from tools.
Critical thinking, communication and problem solving are what separate an AI answer used well from one used blindly.
We start where your team is today and grow step by step, so change is adopted rather than imposed.
Every program is built on your company's real problems, by role and by department.
How we build every program
The Everlearn AIbility program
We start with a clear map of opportunities and continue by developing your people, at your company's pace.
Your AI development map
Your business goals and where time, energy or quality are being lost.
Skills, work habits, openness to change and current use of AI.
Prioritized opportunities, the skills to develop and in what order, plus simple rules for using AI in your company, aligned with the AI Act.
2–3 solutions tested on its own cases and the first AI tools applied directly in day-to-day work.
Your people, better at what they do, with AI as support
AI at work, used responsibly, and adapting to change.
Skills + AI for specific work: communication, sales, creativity, leadership.
For teams ready to get rid of repetitive tasks.
Certificates of attendance, attendance lists and entries in your internal training register, as evidence for the AI literacy obligation (Art. 4 AI Act).
Skills + AI modules
Each module starts from the skill and adds AI where it brings a real gain. We combine them based on your company's map.
Clear messages, useful feedback, shorter meetings. AI helps structure and rephrase; people decide tone and meaning.
Adapted to your products or services: meeting preparation, arguments, faster proposals and follow-up.
Analytical and creative thinking methods, with AI as an idea partner, not a substitute for judgment.
Leading a team whose people work with AI: delegation, trust, accountability.
Taking your team through change without resistance and turning the new way of working into habit.
What data can be used, what the risks are and what internal rules look like, in plain language.
Formats
We combine formats so that people practice, not just listen.
Interactive, built on real cases, with practice and feedback.
Short and focused, easy to fit into the schedule.
Focused on exercises, ownership and immediate application.
Short videos and materials, available anytime, at your own pace.
Support after the training, so learning reaches everyday work.

About Everlearn
Everlearn is a project that challenges people toward continuous growth through results-driven learning. Mihai Dumbravă has led training departments in large companies and worked directly with teams around the world, in fields where mistakes are costly: insurance, banking, cybersecurity, debt collection, pharma, and more. He learned what actually works when people — not slogans — have to deliver results.
That's where the Everlearn approach comes from: we always start with people, not tools. AI enters the conversation where it actually helps — not to tick a trend box, but to make teams better at what they already do well.

AI Act
The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires, from 2 February 2025, that companies using AI systems take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff (Article 4).
Everlearn AIbility programs cover this requirement in a practical way: people learn to use AI responsibly in their work, and you receive the documentation that proves it.
