Learning instigator – trainer with over 15 years of experience in NGOs, insurance, IT, finance, and logistics. With a background as a facilitator and coach, he brings a holistic vision of learning, enriched with humor and a practical mindset — all focused on delivering tangible results.

We are an unconventional team of trainers – a mix of curious minds, diverse experiences, and complementary perspectives, all united by the same goal. We’ve joined forces to create learning solutions that are more flexible, engaging, and effective.

Being Enabler – for the past 12 years, he has coordinated national and international training programs across IT, retail, pharma, and banking. His 20 years as an athlete and later as a coordinator in the Development Department of the Romanian Rugby Federation, combined with his practice in psychotherapy, give Florin the ability to turn expectations into tangible results.

Behavioural learning specialist– with over 10 years of experience in training and educational content development. She is passionate about learning based on behaviours and micro-goals, creating a direct impact on performance.

Because organizational needs are diverse and constantly evolving, we work with a flexible team of freelancers – trainers, sociologists, psychologists, and specialists in andragogy and non-formal education – who contribute to each project at the right time and with the right expertise.
